1. Quản lý vận hành hàng không

   1. Quản lý hoạt động xuất khẩu hàng không tại TP. HCM: báo giá, đặt chỗ, điều phối vận chuyển đầu-cuối.
   2. Giám sát quy trình, đảm bảo hiệu quả, chính xác và dịch vụ cạnh tranh.
   3. Đảm bảo các chứng từ vận hành được xử lý và lưu trữ chính xác.
   4. Phối hợp với kế toán để hoàn tất chốt sổ tháng đúng hạn.

2. Hỗ trợ thị trường và phát triển kinh doanh

   1. Hỗ trợ các lô hàng và yêu cầu báo giá từ Hà Nội và miền Bắc.
   2. Xây dựng hiểu biết thị trường, vận hành khu vực Hà Nội, phát triển mối quan hệ với hãng bay, nhà cung cấp.

3. Khách hàng & phối hợp nội bộ

   1. Hỗ trợ trực tiếp khách hàng, đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ.
   2. Làm đầu mối xử lý sự cố dịch vụ phát sinh.
   3. Phối hợp nhóm sản phẩm khu vực, đảm bảo thực hiện theo chiến lược toàn cầu.
   4. Báo cáo khó khăn vận hành và đề xuất cải tiến.

4. Báo giá & quản lý tài chính

   1. Chuẩn bị báo giá cạnh tranh, phối hợp đội sales để chốt deal.
   2. Quản lý chi phí, đảm bảo chứng từ công nợ (AR/AP) được xử lý đúng quy trình, tuân thủ quy định tài chính (IATA CASS…).

5. Hiệu suất và cải tiến quy trình

   1. Theo dõi và phân tích các KPI của phòng Airfreight.
   2. Thúc đẩy cải tiến năng suất, rà soát hồ sơ tiêu cực, xử lý bất thường.

6. Phát triển đội ngũ & phối hợp liên phòng

   1. Xây dựng đội ngũ khai thác vận hành hàng air
   2. Hỗ trợ đào tạo nhân viên, xây dựng SOP và quy trình chuẩn.
   3. Phối hợp các bộ phận liên quan trong triển khai dự án, phát triển khách hàng.

7. Nhiệm vụ khác

   1. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

Job Title: Airfreight Operation Manager

Reporting to: General Manager / Regional Vice President

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, with support coverage for Hanoi if needed

1. Airfreight Operations Management

   1. Manage airfreight export operations in Ho Chi Minh City, including pricing, booking, and end-to-end coordination.
   2. Supervise workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service competitiveness.
   3. Ensure accurate handling and filing of all operational documents.
   4. Support accurate and timely month-end closing with the Finance team.

2. Market Support and Business Development

   1. Support airfreight shipments and requests from Hanoi and northern Vietnam.
   2. Develop market knowledge and vendor/carrier relationships in the Hanoi area.

3. Customer & Internal Coordination

   1. Provide direct support to clients, maintaining high service standards.
   2. Act as the escalation point for service-related issues.
   3. Align local execution with regional/global product strategy.
   4. Report operational challenges and recommend improvements.

4. Pricing & Financial Oversight

   1. Prepare competitive quotations in line with airline trends and market updates.
   2. Coordinate with sales to close deals and optimize cost structure.
   3. Monitor payables and receivables (AR & AP); ensure compliance with internal finance policies (e.g., IATA CASS).

5. Performance & Process Improvement

   1. Monitor key KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
   2. Drive productivity, identify gaps, and review negative files.
   3. Propose action plans for discrepancies and risk mitigation.

6. Team Development & Cross-functional Collaboration

   1. Set up an Air cargo operations team
   2. Support team training and capacity building.
   3. Develop SOPs and improve internal processes.
   4. Work closely with other departments to drive project execution and customer growth.

7. Other Duties

   1. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

職位要求 / Requirements

學歷 / Education：
大學或以上學歷，物流、國貿、供應鏈相關科系尤佳 / Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management preferred

經驗 / Experience：
至少5年以上國際空運操作與管理經驗，熟悉越南南北市場與操作差異 / Minimum 5 years of airfreight operations experience with a solid understanding of both southern and northern Vietnam logistics environments

語言能力 / Language Skills：
英文與粵語為工作基本語言，中文能力為加分條件 / Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong advantage

其他條件 / Other Requirements：
• 熟悉越南航空貨運出口流程、海關規定與主要航司合作模式 / Familiar with Vietnam airfreight export processes, customs regulations, and airline cooperation
• 對越南（特別是胡志明與河內）的市場有靈敏度與資源整合能力 / Strong market sensitivity and resource integration capability for both HCMC and Hanoi
• 熟練使用Excel、郵件與基本系統操作（如Feishu / CAMS） / Proficient in Excel, email and basic system operations (e.g., Feishu / CAMS)
• 積極主動，具備跨部門協作與問題解決能力 / Proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset

**Working Hours:**

From Monday to Friday:

- Morning: 08:00 - 12:00

- Lunch break: 12:00 - 13:00

- Afternoon: 13:00 - 17:00

- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off.
