1) Key Responsibilities
a) Execute Incoming Quality plan
- Implement quality of Incoming plans (routine or non-routine) and follow up tightly based on the established procedures/processes
- Perform quality inspection and required analyses accurately, in a timely manner and consistent with requirements, good laboratory practices (GLP) and EOSH requirements
- Ensure equipment is operated according to safety requirements, KORE/ATR/MECQ requirements, and SOPs.
- Participate in all Quality Assurance (QA) routine programs which are assigned by Direct Manager and non-routine programs (investigations and analyses for Operations support and/or Innovation's support) as required
b) Report and SOP development
- Record /interpret analysis results correctly, with respect to method performance criteria, quality requirements, product specifications and legislation
- Ensure complete traceability of results towards samples and requests on the one hand and towards standards and reagents on the other hand
- If necessary, write technical reports and assist in development of procedures, SOP relevant with jobs performance (such as sensory method, sensory test design…)
c) Involve in issue solving/projects/ trial/ changing
- Involve in issue solving/projects/ trial/ changing and follow related CAP as per assignment
d) Check GMP, Allergen & storage condition… at in charged area
e) Incoming quality control specific responsibilities
- Keep on hold & follow up the customs clearance status of imported goods
- Retention sample: take sample, follow quality in retention period, destroy after retention period comply with SOP.
- Standard sample: follow up, update and keep in good condition.
- Execute the Sensory program incoming of Plant
- Manage and execute the sensory sample to prepare for panelist testing
- Collect and analyze sensory data
- Check, clean and calibrate accuracy incoming laboratory equipment
f) Other tasks are assigned by Direct Line Manager
