Job Description
1. Principal Duties:
Leading the HR department processes and driving people management strategies. This
includes, coaching, mentoring and supporting staff members to identify their individual
strengths and development needs, while championing an open, embracing culture of
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) throughout the organization. You will also ensure that
the human resources programs and initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently.
Belongs to the HR Leadership Team
2. Responsibilities:
Strategic, highly involved and trusted advisor and counsellor for strategic human resources planning
Manages all operational HR topics, including — and not limited to: payroll administration, time management, contracts, personnel controlling etc.
Leads SPS Vietnam HR team across all locations in Vietnam
Recommends, develops and provides solutions to Human Capital needs which enhances growth and revenue as it supports the client needs, especially talent acquisition and development
Turns business strategies into human resources strategies and action plans — in alignment with SPS Global HR
Drives and fosters a customer focused, result oriented, solution driven mind-set and culture
Facilitates organizational change and manages the HR aspects of integrations and restructuring
Takes care of development and succession planning in her/ his own organization

Your Skills and Experience
*** Education and experience:
At least Bachelor Degree in HRM
Technical Competence in HR general
Experience in working in a matrix organization / experience in working in a corporate and local environment.
Has a strong legal acumen and skills needed to successfully drive BPO
Experience in 500+ - 700+ employees size organization with delivery / production / blue collar workers.
Experience in fast ramp up of the organization
Information Management
Organizational Awareness
Good knowledge of related law: labor code, social insurance, PIT, business law…
Good computer skills
Al least 8 years of working experience, in which 5 years in management position of a similar role
