Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with Andros’ global standards and regulations.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, FSSC, IFS, and other relevant certifications.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Maintain and update food safety procedures, regulatory documentation, and legal requirements.
Quality Assurance & Control
Develop and enforce product quality standards and testing methodologies.
Record and investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and customers complaints, ensuring effective corrective actions for improved product quality and food safety.
Maintain quality documentation and address customer inquiries.
Supplier & Process Improvement
Develop quality standards and traceability systems for suppliers.
Collaborate with Purchasing/Sourcing to evaluate and approve suppliers.
Work with Production and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
Leadership & Team Development
Manage QA/QC teams at the My Tho and Go Cong Factories and provide strategic directions to align quality initiatives with business goals.
Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Diploma – Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Quality Management, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
Must have at least 8 years of experience in food manufacturing quality management, including at least 3 years in leadership.
In-depth knowledge of quality standards such as HACCP, ISO, IFS, etc.
Proven track record in modeling business processes using diverse tools and techniques
