1. Job description
Talent Acquisition - Mass recruitment (60%)
Implement hiring processes focusing on positive candidate experience, including screening, calls, scheduling assessment rounds, and responding promptly. Respond to candidates' concerns promptly on company career channels, such as Facebook, Zalo, email, SMS. Centralize and update the candidate database on the HR system. Do weekly reports on the hiring status of assigned projects. Employer branding (30%)
Maintain consistent job posts with professional words on company career pages and job sites. Creating and curating content on key social media platforms to promote company culture, well-being, working environment, etc. at the schedule. Supporting the promotion of hiring activities such as career fairs, recruitment events, and school events. Support task (10%)
Support the Culture & Engagement team to organize internal events. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition Leader. 2. Benefits
Monthly stipend: 3.000.000 VND to 6.000.000 VND, depending on the intern's background. Equipment will be provided: computer, mobile phone. Professional development: opportunities to attend industry conferences, internal workshops or training courses. Mentoring: provide regular feedback, guidance and on-the-job training from the supervisor and HR Manager. Networking: participate in company events (both internal and external) and connect with other employees, which can help build a professional network. 3. Requirements
Must-have:
Fresh graduate or final-year university students in major: Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or other relevant major; Commit to a 6 months internship; English required TOEIC 500 and above; Familiar with Microsoft Offices and Google Workspace; Determine to grow in the recruitment or employer branding field; Can-do attitude, eyes for detail and improvement mindset. Nice-to-have (great advantage):
Experience in recruitment sourcing and employer branding; Familiar with Canva; Content writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
