Position Overview: As an HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, primarily focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and engagement activities. This internship offers a hands-on experience in human resources management, providing exposure to diverse HR operations within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels such as website, social media platforms, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support in the development of job descriptions and job postings.
2. Employee Onboarding:
• Collaborate with HR team members to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
• Prepare onboarding materials, including welcome kits, orientation schedules, and relevant documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their queries and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
3. Employee Engagement:
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
4. HR Administration:
• Assist in administering HR-related documentation
• Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
· Other tasks asigned by Line Manager
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR practices and principles, with a desire to gain practical experience in the field.
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality information.
