Job Description
· Develop, modify, review, and oversee brand materials, assets, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for Star Kombucha/Chill Cocktail/ MaMaPop in international markets.
· Strategize, manage and lead initiatives to boost Company's brands positioning and achieve business objectives.
· Assist manager and internal departments to implement, and manage marketing plans from conceptualization to execution including brand positioning, market intelligence, pricing, promotion and advertising opportunities, product value propositions, content creation, and launch execution of new products
· Work with ATL, Media, Digital and Public Relations agencies, external media partners, and suppliers to drive smooth integration and execution of plans to meet campaigns’ objectives and deliverables
· Oversee partner's digital marketing efforts, social media content, and collaborations with Key Opinion Consumers/Leaders to optimize marketing impact and brand reputation.
· Draft and maintain the International Brand Guidelines.
· Craft the Sales Tool Kit and Best Practices guidelines for Star Kombucha's international market sales channel.
· Support the International Sales Department in establishing a robust online interface to connect with international markets distributors.
· Monitor all day-to-day marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, budgetary constraints, and brand guidelines.
· Cooperate with internal departments to produce deliverables for partners on a timely, professional manner
· Analyze market trends and consumer insights, produce market research reports and identify new opportunities in international markets.
· Foster strong relationships with international partners, attending meetings, trade shows, and seminars as needed.
· Produce marketing reports as requested by manager
· And other tasks related to the development of brands in international markets.
Requirements:
· Exceptional proficiency in English – spoken, written, and read.
· Candidates who have lived outside of Vietnam will be given preference.
· A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or in a related field.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
· A proactive approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
· Pleasant personality and a good team player
· Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with the latest digital marketing tools and platforms.
