· Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network capacity meets existing and future requirements.
· Evaluate existing information technology needs of all departments; propose recommendations to maintain and improve the quality of service; plan, coordinate, and implement improvements in service.
· Develop and determine all IT policies and procedures with oversight for the administration of network resources, user permissions, security level and end-users with regard to email, internet usage.
· Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
· Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory, contracts and licenses, lifecycle management and related documentation.
· Manage the planning and implementation of information systems security, anti-virus / anti-malware, and data protection software to guarantee the smooth running of all IT systems.
· Oversee deployment, monitoring, development, upgrade, configuration, maintenance, repair and support of all IT systems including servers, desktops, laptops, operating systems, hardware, software, printing equipment and telecommunications.
· Plan, acquire, and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization's network (Head Office)
· Ensure continuity of computer services for computer users throughout the organization through planning, designing, implementing, technical leadership, projects and maintaining IT infrastructure up-to-date technology.
· Responsible for creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis
· Manage all local network infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability for local LAN, Internet and corporate WAN connectivity.
· Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service level agreements.
· 5 years of experience in a similar position.
· Hands-on experience with System / Network Management, Administration, and Support
· Experience in Virtualization, ERP, Backup, Disaster Recovery and Storage Administration, NAS
· Network administration: WAN, LAN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load balancers and other devices
· Experience in IT operational, Strategic planning, Technical management, Information analysis, computer hardware/software and Project management.
· Experience Server and Network infrastructure designs and architecture
· Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Language Skills: Fluent in English
