A. JOB PURPOSE:
- Develop and implement Food Projects in Vietnam.
B. KEY ACTIVITIES:
1. Project management (design, planning, implementation, monitoring)- Project design: concept, basic, detailed, and construction.
- Prepare long list, prequalify to short list of contractor/ vendor for project.
- Collecting quotations for budgeting.
- Prepare and manage the budget.
- Prepare a business proposal, plan, and execute the project to seek approval.
- Prepare the necessary permits for project construction.
- Organize bidding for the project's packages.
- Organize and execute the project according to the approved design, budget, and timeline.
- Inspect and accept the project and hand it over to the operations team.
- Update and monitor the budget and payment plan.
- Manage the signed contracts of the project.
- Manage the project's completion permits.
- Update budget reports and payment plans as requested by the Business Unit and the Corporation.
2. Others
- Conduct market research and evaluate strategic partners related to project implementation.
- Coordinate with the legal department to prepare contracts/agreements/legal documents for the project.
- Others as assigned.
C. RESULTS:
- Complete the design from concept to construction.
- Have a list of contractors suitable for the project.
- Have quotations or cost estimates for the project's items.
- Develop a budget for the entire project.
- The project is approved at the final stage.
- Complete all permits as required by law.
- Select suitable contractors for the project.
- Complete the project according to the approved design, timeline, and budget.
- Handing over the project to the operation team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Have a bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Finance/Economics, Marketing, International Business.
EXPERIENCE
- No need experience in Project Management.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- The job requires flexibility and may involve informal as well as formal meetings outside of regular working hours.
