- Demonstrate a high understanding of Standard Method of Measurement daily works

- Reach a high standard in description / measuring / bulk check quantities of structural trades and finishes trades accurately

- Be able to understand the level of rate of MEP trades accurately

- Build up unit rate of MEP trades accurately

- Contact local and international vendors for pricing and to propose the finish schedule

- Be able to review designs in order to determine whether design is sufficient for BQ measurement

- Contact design consultants for inquiries

- Be able to raise intelligent queries re. any outstanding design information or discrepancies

- Take off quantity for MEP works as SMM

- Make Bill of quantity (BQ), Cost Estimation, Cost Plan, Contract Package

- Make Pre-Tender Estimation

- Be able to manage the cost databases and other operation databases

- Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor to prepare Financial reports, Statements …

- Assist to complete Tender Document

- Attend project meetings, taking notes and preparing Minutes of Meeting if required

- Be able to draft simple letter to Client

- Follow up to fulfil the clients' / consultants' requirement

- Control works to meet timeline of clients / consultants

- Show ability to train MEP Assistant Quantity Surveyors / MEP Trainee Quantity Surveyors

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University graduate

- Knowledge and experience of construction market is essential

- At least 3-4 years MEP Quantity Surveying experience

- Be able to communicate in English

- Be able to manage deadlines, work independently to carry out the task and meet deliverable expectation

- Willing to work overtime / at weekend to fulfil the pending tasks or urgent requirement

- Willing to support / help colleague in the company

- Be well presented, professional and present a good image for the firm

- Show a good communication skill with all staff members
