Teach,guide and audit the plants SLMS activities to analyze the time study data, work station and plant layouts, determine the most effective way to practice Summit standardized work methods.

Be a communication link between the plant departments, in terms of development, changes, etc., in level load at the plant.

Assist to develop any inside plant SLMS training materials, use corporate training materials whenever possible.

Industrial Engineering or related Engineering degree.

5 years experience in a manufacturing environment or 3 years experience in Lean Manufacting Systems.
