1/Orientation Training
Liaise with Talent Acquisition team for scheduling
Arrange all necessary training logistic
Conduct orientation training as the role of trainer
Follow up during the training
Roll up, summarize and report.
Collect training feedback and propose the solution in order to enhance orientation program.
2/Administrative tasks
Training data input and do training reports.
Prepare training facilities for all training sessions
Prepare training facilities for all training sessions.
Manage training stocks.
Deliver and collect training survey/interview for group of DL/IDL.
Follow up training feedback of all training session
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English, Law, etc, preferably in HR Management
Experience in technical or manufacturing environments is a plus.
Having presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook & Sharepoint system
Ability in Reading and Writing English.
Being eager to learn is an advantage
