The Learning & Development Specialist role will assist L&D Manager in analyzing learning needs, planning, implementation training/ organization development initiatives that enhance employee skills/knowledge, foster a culture of continuous learning in Corporate (head quarter & all business units) and acquisitioning external resources through young talent development programs.
Responsibilities:
Training & Onboarding New-hire:
Keep updated on L&D trend/ skills trend related to FMCG industry or new technology,…;
Conduct the training need analysis in collaboration with division stakeholders;
Participate in review and aggregate comprehensive corporate training plan aligned with identified needs;
Participate in researching and evaluating vendors including training agencies, LMS suppliers,…;
Assist to design and delivery of end-to-end structured training programs;
Tracking outcomes and suggest adjustment based on feedback and evolving organizational needs;
Make periodically training report, continuously monitor and assess the learning effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvements;
Manage LMS (learning management system) and its associated materials;
Take main in charge of onboarding new hires process;
Keep connect with partners (universities inside and outside Vietnam, organizations,…) to look for learning/scholarship opportunities for employees;
Participate in HR projects when required.
Young Talent Program:
Participating in the implementation of young talent development programs from external sources, including but not limited to:
Plan & execution communication activities to attract talent;
Synthesize candidate data, participate in screening candidate profiles;
Support in organizing and following – up all recruitment, onboarding & development process with candidates and stakeholders;
Coordinate with stakeholders and partners to organize events (Office/ Company tour, Sharing, Webinars,...) or sponsorship.
Cultivate learning culture:
Support in stimulating learning motivation through internal communication;
Formulate learning policies, guidelines, and standards to ensure alignment with organizational objectives;
Encourage sharing and learning among employees through best practice, role models, internal trainers,…;
Contribute to organization-wide initiatives such as culture transformation, talent development, and performance enhancement;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree major in Business, Economics, Human Resources or a related field;
• At least 2-3 years of experience in L&D or related HR roles;
• Have understanding in adult learning principles, instructional design and leadership competencies or experience in building communication campaign is a plus; • Basic design skill using Canva, Photoshop, Power point;
• Quick learner with good conceptual thinking and passionate in developing people;
• Open with continuous feedback for individual improvements;
• Very good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels within the organization;
