Work as door communicator with customers (Warehousing/Transportation) to meet customer satisfaction related to trucking routine, pricing, warehouse and providing logistics solutions
In charge of door communication between customer and operations team.
Maintain and develop the close and effective relationship with customers (Warehousing/Transportation);
Keep track of the effective lifespan of key account contracts to support superior for the discussion with customers for the extension or liquidation;
Support in briefing the scope of service requirements with operations and related departments for costing/demand planning;
Support on response documentation, management’s solution design, costing, and pricing to acquire new business;
Participate in the presentation session about the quotation and proposal with customers;
Take part in monthly Operations Performance Review meetings between customers and Operations
Keep track of the issue log and follow up with both sides to ensure actions are taken on time
Flexible co-operate with related departments to supply support services to customers such as warehousing, delivery, trucking, and other value-added services);
Follow-up with all the complaints, and queries of customers effectively to secure all key accounts;
This position requires working at BOTH locations: Ho Chi Minh City and Thuan An,Binh Duong. We have transportation for pick-up in District 3 every. Please take note of this before applying.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
English listening, speaking, reading and writing. TOEIC > 700 IELTS > 6.0
At least 3 experience years in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Warehouse Management or related industry and 2 years experiences in manager position
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Good at computer skill (Execel, Work)
