Maintenance Engineer - Executive

Key Duties :

• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults; diagnose breakdown problems, fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
• Control maintenance tools and equipment; ensuring that sparts parts are always available.
• Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) for new orders and work closely with the Vendors on the cost and delivery
• Prepare and submit weekly / monthly reports related to OEE, Cost, New Projects to Superior
• Monitor and control maintenance cost; ensuring within approved Budget
• Work with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic control (PLC), which control machinery on factory production lines
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs of equipment; and ensure no major disruption to Production operations
• Work with the Production Department to solve production-related problems or upgrade machine performance to ensure continuous increase in production Output

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5 - 10 years experience in Maintenance areas particularly Machinery systems
• Maintenance knowledge of :
  • engineering softwares; AutoCAD
  • electrical and mechanical equipments & tools; PLC 
  • oil and hydraulic / pneumatic / mechanical 
  • utilities systems; compress air, cooling tower 
• Effective verbal & written communication in English & Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS Office to provide data analysis, engineering reports and management presentation updates
• Basic knowledge of Health & Safety Requirements for an Industrial factory
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills; and problem solving skills; ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
