Principle Accountabilities/ Nhiệm vụ chính:
Support, document data, manage progress and expenditure tracking for Marketing department
Roles & Responsibility / Vai trò & Trách nhiệm:
Paperwork (40%)
Manage task paperwork related to payment, documentation, expenditure tracking
Do routine reconcilement and collect necessary invoice / receipt
Management & Reporting (30%)
Routine report of Marketing department performance
Monitor process of payment to vendor on-time
Manage and support handover of always-on POSM to stores
Admin (30%)
Execute administrative task such as planning meetings, OT management, Grab fee etc.
Other tasks as assigned from Manager
Bằng cấp/ Qualification:
Graduated from university with a major in Management, Administrative or relevant
Experience/Kinh nghiệm:
2-5 year experience in managing communication channels
Competencies/ Năng lực:
Detailed oriented
Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Advance English communication. Korean is an advantage
Can work both independently and teamwork
Passion for work and willing to learn, can work under high pressure.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
