On-Site Coordinator Job Description

Position: On-Site Coordinator

Location: Vinh Loc Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City

Reporting to: Project Manager (Top Direction, Malaysia)

Languages: Vietnamese, English

Summary

We are seeking an experienced On-Site Coordinator for our project at the tobacco factory. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee daily production line operations, ensuring KPIs are met by the methodologies set by top management. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, possess strong communication skills in both basic English and fluent Vietnamese, and have the ability to supervise on-site operations and efficiently manage spare parts inventory.

The On-Site Coordinator will work closely with the factory’s technical team to monitor and follow production performance methodologies, following directives from top management. This position requires regular reporting of all activities and outcomes directly to the Project Manager, based in Malaysia.
