Job description:
- Hai Trieu's Marketing Department currently has nearly 30 employees divided into many different teams: SEO, Content, Social, Studio & Media...
- You will have the opportunity to:
+ Facebook Fanpage: Develop ideas, write content, and brief visuals for posts on the Dong Ho Hai Trieu and Kinh Hai Trieu Fanpage.
+ Email Marketing: Directly design and send emails to customers using Netcore, a world-leading email marketing platform.
+ KOL/KOC Booking: Search for and book KOLs/KOCs on various platforms with significant budgets to increase brand reach and sales.
+ Brand Communications: Collaborate with the leader to plan and execute projects to enhance brand awareness for Hai Trieu and exclusive brands.
+ Work on various campaigns such as advertising campaigns, seasonal marketing campaigns, and grand opening campaigns.
+ Create content for new channels: Instagram, Facebook Groups, TikTok, etc.
Other information:
- Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday morning.
- Working location: 156A Tran Quang Khai Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Probation period: 2 months, 85% salary.

Recruitment Process:
- The interview process consists of two rounds: the 1st round with the SEO Team Leader and the 2nd round with the Marketing Director.
- Interview format: offline at Hai Trieu’s office.
- The results will be announced immediately after the final interview round.
1. Candidates with the age 24 or older, with a college degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Journalism, Communications, etc.
2. At least 2 year of experience managing social media channels and developing community content.
3. A deep understanding of social media platforms and the types of content suitable for each platform.
4. Excellent writing skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to understand customer psychology to convey appropriate content.
5. Proficiency in research and creating presentations. Ability to quickly grasp social media trends. Candidates with a creative mindset and experience in graphic design and short video production are preferred.
6. Knowledge of Facebook Ads is an advantage.
