Oversee the development lifecycle of newly designed mechanical parts.
Perform design for manufacturability evaluations and coordinate closely with the R&D team to ensure design alignment.
Guarantee full compliance with quality system protocols.
Lead initiatives to enhance product quality, improve yield, reduce costs, and streamline production cycle times.
Evaluate the quality of components and regularly assess supplier performance metrics.
Partner with the R&D department to manage prototyping efforts, ensuring that product specifications are consistently met.
Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, assess technical viability, and contribute to the refinement of product designs.
Coordinate with cross-functional team leaders to implement strategies aimed at raising product quality standards.
Deliver technical assistance to the production team in response to operational inquiries and issues.
Manage both pilot and mass production phases to ensure conformity with design intent and quality benchmarks.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and lower manufacturing expenses.
Compile comprehensive technical documentation and provide periodic progress reports to the Production Engineering Manager.
Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated.

Male/female, under 45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3-5 years of experience as a Production Engineer in mechanical product processing.
Experienced in working with the SAP system.
Good at English.
