I. JOBDESCRIPTIONS
Strategy Development: Developing performance management strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
Policy Development: Creating policies and procedures related to performance management, including performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
Goal Setting & OKR Implementation: Facilitating the establishment of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals and implementing the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to ensure alignment between individual, team, and organizational objectives.
Performance Appraisal: Designing and implementing performance appraisal processes, including conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback to employees, and documenting performance ratings.
Performance Metrics and KPIs: Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs to measure individual, team, and organizational performance against predefined targets and benchmarks.
Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs): Developing and implementing performance improvement plans for employees who are not meeting performance expectations, including setting clear goals, timelines, and support mechanisms for improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders.
II. REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field in Human Resource Management
Skills
Good Presentation Skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficient in MS office applications
Proactive and open minded. Service mindset
Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented.
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently and with others
Extremely organized with strong time-management skill
Experience
At least 4 years in Communications or equivalent
