Experience in Industrial Key Machinery.

Responsibility:

· Take up, follow up and manage the Sales and Service Projects & Contracts ( including EPI = Engineering Procurement installation) of ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel Vietnam Office for the supply of engineering, machinery, parts and services for the production of feed and biomass products in Vietnam and Cambodia in the period from the contract signing until projects are closed (e.g. received all the payment and end of warranty period).

· Communicate and organize meetings (online and / or onsite) with all partied related to the contracts/ projects and the stake holder to push projects moving forward according to the signed contracts and project schedule or settlement the issues (if any) arising during the project execution.

· Prepare and acquire the necessary documents (commercial, technical, legal…) related to the projects and forward them to the right party of the projects for the project execution.

· Making reports periodically to ANDRITZ manager and related parties about the progress of on-going projects and the issues (if any) that need support from Andritz Leaders and related parties to resolve.

· Working as a team with ANDRITZ colleagues.

· Request to be support or trained and participate the support meeting and training course of ANDRITZ to improve owned knowledge, skill, experiences to fullfil the Responsibility.

· Absolutely complying ANDRITZ regulations, ANDRITZs Core Behavior in doing the business and working for ANDRITZ.

Education

University Graduated of Business Management or Equivalent.

Salary

USD 1000 (NETT) for 02 months’ probation.

USD 1,250 (NETT) for official potion.

Skills:

· Good at speaking, writing and communication in English.

· Can use MS office (Word, Excel and PPT) doing the business.

· Willing to travel to customer’s site for the sales and follow-up.

· Basic knowledge in Auto-cad and industry machines.

· Basic knowledge in the production of Feed & Biomass products.

· Basic knowledge in Logistics/Import&Export

· Flexibility, to be able working as a team with ANDRITZ colleagues.

· Hard-working, proactive and friendly.

· Good negotiation & comunication skills
