- Fully complete all tasks as quality coordinator (answering customer quality checklist, questionnaire, queries regarding product spec, product shelf life, finished goods, etc) in PLBS team and ensure quality/ food complaint response and accuracy.
- Coordinate with RD/QA/ Production/ Packaging/ Regulatory team and BOD to discuss and get aligned on product specifications to meet customer requirements, to comply with imported country legislation and prevent any issue in mass production from happening.
- Work actively with other departments to respond to customers inquiries in an accurate and timely manner and ensure those documents are fully reviewed and approved by …….
- Ensure all required information from customer requirements and their documents are transferred accurately to internal team (RD team/ Quality/ Production team) and meet their requirements.
- Support the quality support executive in carrying out kick off meeting/ checklist implementation before launching new products to new/ current market and managing all elements of the product development process including product specification, packaging, regulation, etc. to ensure new products can meet the target commercialization plan timely and accurately.
- Do research, prepare tendering documentation and support for quality related activities to implement bidding after awarded (including Nutrition testing, Food labelling, etc
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Bachelor degree in Food Technology or related fileds
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) – fluency in English required.
- At least 1-year experienced in Customer Service / Quality assurance (in Food)/ R&D in a manufacturing company is preferred.
- Understanding of issues related to food safety and quality and promulgation if possible.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines; attention to detail.
- Must be computer literate in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
