Overview of the position
We are looking for a QFS Intern to support the Quality Management System (QMS) Center of Excellence (COE) in Vietnam. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality systems, documentation, and food safety compliance within a global organization. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about food safety and eager to contribute to impactful quality initiatives.
Key responsibilities
· Assist the QMS COE team with daily operational tasks and documentation management.
· Support the creation, revision, and organization of QMS documents and SOPs.
· Ensure compliance with GMP and internal quality standards.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing QFS projects and initiatives.
· Other tasks as assigned by Manager
Experience & Qualification
· Final-year student or recent graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.
· Strong interest in Quality Management Systems and food safety.
· Proficient in both written and spoken English.
· Knowledge of GMP and digital tools (Power BI, E-learning platforms) is a plus.
· Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational skills.
· Willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
