Take responsibility to improve current quality management system, compliance and assurance system, complaint management system, Health and Safety System with leading the teams towards providing excellent service to customers.
- Building a system including new procedures and ways to improve supplier management, incoming quality control, process controls, design with R&D controls and shipping quality controls and managements.
- Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety and quality regulations.
- Coordinating the quality strategy, HSE strategy with providing road map actions and objectives working with leadership team and plant manager
- Leading the team by implement root cause analysis and corrective actions to make satisfactory responses for customer feedbacks and complaints.
- Responsible to build up and improve the quality system and HSE system to meet and comply with customer requirements
- Reviewing and assessing the existing quality and HSE management system and suggest improvements by working with related departments.
- Coaching and assessing the relevant teams to change the mindset and approach moving towards customer excellence.
- Follow local regulations and report management team to take necessary actions
- Lead customer audits and quality certification processes such as ISO9001-ISO14001-FSSC22000-ISO45001
- University graduate (Bachelor, Masters)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management position.
- Experience in quality system management.
- Good experience in certification and customer audits (ISO 9001-ISO14001-ISO45001-FSSC22000-BRC).
- Strong communicator – both in writing & verbally – across organizational levels and with internal and external customers
- Handling multiple tasks at the same time and have strong prioritization & solid follow-up skills
- Analytical, detail oriented and results driven approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Fluent in verbal and written English
