Support Quotation & Order Processing

• Receive and process quotation requests from customers/agents.
• Coordinate with the technical & production departments to prepare accurate quotations.
• Prepare PIF (Project Information Form) for projects:
  • Collect and compile project information from customers.
  • Work with relevant departments to finalize product details, timelines, and specific project requirements.
  • Track and update PIF status to ensure alignment across departments.
• Monitor and update order progress to ensure on-time delivery.

Manage Sales Documentation & Contracts

• Prepare contracts, track payment schedules, export document (if need) and coordinate with accounting to manage receivables.
• Organize and store sales documents and purchase orders.

Customer Support

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries, handling any arising requests.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Reporting & Sales Support

• Collect, analyze sales data, and generate periodic reports.
• Assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks and sales strategy implementation.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidates preferred, proactive and responsible in work.
• Graduated from University of Architecture, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or similar roles.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and order management software.
• Strong communication skills, proactive approach to work.
• Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction, or building materials industries.
