1. Suppliers database:
• Outline the list of hotels and overnight cruises (3-4-5*) in Hanoi, Halong Bay, Sapa, Ninh Binh, Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Saigon, and Mekong for contracting annually.
• Negotiate with local suppliers (hotels, cruises, transferring companies, restaurants …, etc.) to provide the best available rates and special offers with terms and conditions beneficial to the company.
• Build, update, and complete the contracting database systematically.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with suppliers to maximize results and the company’s benefits.
2. B-B Sales task:
• Daily follow the dashboard, and communicate with customers to understand their requirements.
• Prepare tour itineraries before working on quotations to advise customers.
• After customers confirm their booking and pay the deposit, hand in the reservation of accommodation, transfer, guide, insurance, and visa as the booking requires.
• Side by side with the operations and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour itinerary.
• Attending Sales team meetings and reporting weekly assignments
• Sharing responsibility for the company’s website development by designing and uploading the tour itineraries…
3. Customer Service:
• Offer pre- and post-travel support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inbound B-B sales or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international travel preferences and local attractions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, French, etc.].
• Proficient in online platform software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
