Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of our sales and marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, and implementing comprehensive plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire teams, build lasting client relationships, and deliver measurable results.

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Salary: Up to 70M + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop strategic plans, budgets, and solutions to drive the company’s sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Design and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to achieve and exceed assigned budget targets.
    • Evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance against budgets and provide actionable insights for timely adjustments.
  • Market Research & Business Development:
    • Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and uncover customer needs.
    • Identify and acquire new potential clients for the company’s comprehensive logistics service chain.
    • Explore and develop specialized logistics services based on market trends, existing infrastructure, and new investments.
  • Branding & Client Engagement:
    • Update and present the company’s profile and brochure to clients and partners, showcasing the company’s capabilities and service offerings.
    • Develop strategies for sustainable growth with a focus on enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Human Resource Management:
    • Manage and oversee all aspects of the sales department’s human resources, including internal process development, goal setting (MBO), task allocation, and performance monitoring.
    • Mentor, train, and develop the sales team, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement in operational processes.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and evaluate market data and performance metrics to propose tailored business strategies.
    • Prepare detailed reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Collaborate with various departments to update and refine sales incentive policies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Create a professional, friendly, and results-oriented work environment that promotes internal cohesion and effective cross-departmental communication.
  • Additional Duties:

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales management role (e.g., Sales Manager, Head of Sales) within the logistics industry or a similar sector.
    • Proficient in sales and customer relationship management; possesses comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international logistics operations; well-versed in market trends, products, and services within the logistics, warehousing, and transportation sectors.
    • Demonstrated expertise in sales management and customer relationship management within both domestic and international logistics markets.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
    • Strong command of the English language (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Interpersonal & Leadership Skills:
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships, manage time effectively, and lead teams toward achieving goals
    • Strategic thinker with skills in conflict management and a strong focus on results
    • Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment
