Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Communicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage resistance and ensure smooth transitions.
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects.
- Allocate resources effectively and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of transformation initiatives.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
- Implement best practices and leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, customers, and external partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team on matters related to business transformation and change management.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
· Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
