Develop an effective communication plan and execute all the plans that follow up marketing campaigns for Popeyes & Burger King:
Managing the organization’s public image by creating and implementing marketing campaigns that promote brand recognition
Drafting press releases to support new product launching, branding or any newsworthy activities.
Writing content for websites, newsletters, brochures, social media, website or other materials used to promote the brand or its activities
Working closely with agencies and vendors to keep all brand’s project running and align with global brand identity and marketing strategy.
Create, initiate, develop and/or implement the short-term and long-term digital marketing strategies, campaigns and digital activations to increase brand awareness and online revenue (from Web, App, Mini App, etc.) for the brand
Working closely with agency and brand team to implement digital marketing approach, including organic and paid media optimization.
Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. In depth knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Zalo Ads, etc.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Be responsible for daily, weekly, monthly or ad hoc reporting to evaluate channel performance to feed into overall marketing strategy
WEB/APP (Extra).
Ensure the system provides an effective sales funnel.
Develop and implement online marketing techniques that will drive new & retain customers.
Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web/App analytics.
KPIs and prepare budgets, report communication campaigns.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position, at least 3 years in senior level.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese is a must.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid knowledge of website/ App analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns
