RESPONSIBLES AND MAIN DUTIES:
- Oversee the recruitment and induction functions to ensure that the our Company is adequately and suitably staffed on timely basis.
- Manage our Company’s benefit and compensation programs and recommend changes in accordance with local prevailing or foreseen employment conditions.
- Conduct regular salary surveys and ensure internal equity.
- Conduct job analysis and job evaluation exercise to determine the organizational structure and reporting levels. Oversee the administration of a fair performance appraisal system for employees.
- Oversee the administration of an effective employee grievance handling system to ensure fair treatment of employees. Enhance employee morale and cohesiveness by providing recreational and social activities.
- Provide Human Resource support to regional staff in terms of compensation, relocation, etc.
- Provide a communication channel to properly disseminate information and to ensure compliance of Company’s objectives and plans.
- Any other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
- Provide and update legal documents as business requirements.
- Arrange necessary lodging for team business purpose.
- Handle other admin tasks assigned to the HR Department.
