Follow up, control staff probation/contract date to ensure proper arrangement before the expiry dates, ensure performance appraisal is collected from Supervisor
Prepare all HR legal documents such as staff confirmation letter, labor contract, termination documents, etc.
Attendance record: work closely with Admin Assistant for staff attendance record, control and record all leave types and leave balance, control the leave system.
Handle staff relations, deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures
Work closely with all teams, especially Property Management Department, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting BLLs/Managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
Prepare data/report for monthly/quarterly presentations such as Quarterly Staff Meeting, Management Meeting, etc.

2. Compensation & Benefits
Manage the personnel master data for all employees within the business units by both manual and HR system, ensure of the data accuracy
Update monthly payroll data.
Work closely with the payroll outsourcing vendor and regional HR team on the payroll process
Handle the related staff benefits such as health care registration/report, staff events/activities

University diploma
At least 2-3 years of experience in related position at multinational company, strong experience in Operations/C&B activities is preferred
Knowledge of Vietnam Labor Code, Social Insurance Law is preferred
Good at English (Listening, writing and speaking)
Computer literacy & knowledge of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Well-organized. Good time management.
Ability to organize job effectively and accurately
Hard working, enthusiasm, loyalty
Professional, positive and pro-active at all times. Ability to work autonomously with full support but independent and driven.
