We have recently acquired On Tap, an exceptional group with deep expertise and a shared commitment to eCommerce excellence for the EU market. For that, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who will take the helm in shaping and driving the marketing strategy for this unit.

2. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and refine multi-channel marketing strategies (email, social media, ads, etc.) to drive demand for our products and services. Coordinate with stakeholders, document campaign plans, and monitor execution to ensure alignment with business goals.
Content Strategy: Plan and execute content strategies to engage with potential customers across their journey.
Project Management: Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets.
Planning & Report: Create and implement quarterly and monthly action plans to meet KPIs and create detailed performance reports.
Partnership: Identify and connect with potential partners. Create and manage co-marketing campaigns with partner networks across digital and offline channels to broaden our reach and impact.

5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM)

4. Qualifications
Experience: At least 3 years of experience with proven results in marketing, with a focus on English-speaking markets. Experience in managing partnerships is a plus.
Skills: Good planning and organizational skills, with a keen ability to develop and execute detailed marketing strategies. Demonstrated expertise in marketing logic and campaign management.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS 7.0 or above.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in managing, collecting, and analyzing data to drive actionable insights and optimize marketing performance.
Technologically Savvy: In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools, design tools, and the latest marketing technologies. Experience with eCommerce platforms, particularly Magento, is a plus.
Attitude: Possess a positive, can-do attitude that motivates others and aligns with FIRE values.
Flexibility: Willingness to work according to the UK time zone.
