Quality Assurance Operations

• Oversee all QA laboratory activities, including material testing, product inspections, and process audits.

• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.

• Develop and maintain lab testing procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and accurate results.

Leadership and Team Management

• Supervise and provide guidance to the QA lab team, including training, performance evaluation, and workload management.

• Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members.

• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address challenges, and align on priorities.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality-related issues and develop preventive measures.

• Analyze quality data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of lab test results, inspections, and quality-related metrics.

• Prepare and present quality reports to management and external stakeholders as needed.

• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure the QA lab operates in a safe and organized manner, adhering to all safety protocols.

• Stay updated on relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) and implement changes as required.

• Coordinate audits and certifications related to quality and safety.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in furniture manufacturing or a related industry.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and industry standards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using QA tools, statistical analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
