* Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong
* Nhà máy LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam nằm tại tại Khu Công Nghiệp VSIP 3, Thành Phố Tân Uyên, Tỉnh Bình Dương. Công ty có hỗ trợ xe đưa đón nhân viên từ các khu vực TP. Hồ Chí Minh, TP. Biên Hòa & Tỉnh Bình Dương.
Core Responsibilities
Responsibility for actual, accurate and precise Standard Work documentation, which means – translation, revision, maintenance, uploading, creation, and administration and sharing of documentation.
Work as an ambassador for Standard Work and process understanding in The LEGO Group.
Close cooperation with Global Job Trainers and process owners (warehouse, moulding) and other Technical writers by creation and alignment of documentation, responsibility for final version of documentation
Work with other team members to support team´s KPI and reach the goals of training organization.
Play your part in our team succeeding
Cooperation with training organisation and the daily operations
Strong focus on precise processes description and documentation
Personal development within the functional area expertise, communication, IT and collaboration
Do you have what it takes?
Experience with writing technical documentation and communication (min 1 year)
Preferably experience within the functional area (1-2 years)
Technical Background – Intermediate and above
Technical backround: automation
Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required
Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach)
Process thinking
IT common specialist level (MS office)
Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
