Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve both sell-in and sell-out targets and collection
1. Sales Management
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. Ensure both sell-in (product distribution) and sell-out (customer sales) targets are consistently met or exceeded. Drive new product development and market introduction. Set clear individual KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the sales team. Strictly adhere to pricing guidelines, campaigns, and promotional strategies. 2. Market Penetration and Expansion
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand and increase the presence from C1 to C2 within the territory. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers Conduct thorough market research to assess customer needs, analyze competitor activities, and monitor market trends to stay competitive. 3. Sales Operations
Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing overstock or stockouts. Collaborate closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product deliveries and avoid delays. 4. Financial Management
Ensure timely payment collection from customers and actively manage overdue accounts. Monitor and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance to ensure profitability. Stay in regular communication with the Finance team to track and manage overdue customer accounts. Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables. 5. Reporting and Analysis
Leverage data and analytics to inform sales strategies and guide decision-making. Regularly review and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Continuously monitor competitor activities and market conditions, proposing actionable solutions to outperform the competition. 6. Customer Relationship Management
Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer service. Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to understand their evolving needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements

6+ years of experience in sales within the agriculture industry or related fields, with a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory roleBachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required to meet with customers, manage accounts, and assess market conditions
