Mô tả Công việc

1. Training Development & Delivery

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across restaurant operations, kitchen, and support functions to identify learning priorities.

  • Design and implement technical and non-technical training programs (e.g. onboarding, food safety, customer service, leadership).

  • Develop training materials, SOPs, and manuals tailored for the F&B/QSR environment, aligned with brand standards.

  • Deliver engaging training sessions using diverse methods: in-person, online, workshops, simulations, and hands-on practice.

  • Support the implementation of training platforms or digital learning tools to ensure scalable and consistent delivery.

2. Content Design & Localization

  • Adapt global training content to fit the Vietnamese market while maintaining core brand values and quality.

  • Collaborate with the US brand team to ensure training is aligned with operational excellence and service expectations.

3. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, HR, and Store Managers to support pre-opening, new store openings (NSOs), and continuous training plans.

  • Coordinate with external vendors or trainers for specialized certifications (e.g. food hygiene, safety).

4. Training Evaluation & Improvement

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.

  • Track training attendance, certification results, and on-the-job performance to identify gaps and improvement areas.

  • Continuously improve programs based on employee feedback and business needs.

5. Reporting & Budget Management

  • Prepare and manage the L&D budget for training materials, tools, and vendor support.

  • Provide monthly training reports and dashboards summarizing outcomes, progress, and actionable recommendations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in L&D, preferably in F&B or retail environment.

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.

  • Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English.

  • Able to travel abroad for initial training and potential site visits.
