1. Training Development & Delivery
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across restaurant operations, kitchen, and support functions to identify learning priorities.
Design and implement technical and non-technical training programs (e.g. onboarding, food safety, customer service, leadership).
Develop training materials, SOPs, and manuals tailored for the F&B/QSR environment, aligned with brand standards.
Deliver engaging training sessions using diverse methods: in-person, online, workshops, simulations, and hands-on practice.
Support the implementation of training platforms or digital learning tools to ensure scalable and consistent delivery.
2. Content Design & Localization
Adapt global training content to fit the Vietnamese market while maintaining core brand values and quality.
Collaborate with the US brand team to ensure training is aligned with operational excellence and service expectations.
3. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with Operations, HR, and Store Managers to support pre-opening, new store openings (NSOs), and continuous training plans.
Coordinate with external vendors or trainers for specialized certifications (e.g. food hygiene, safety).
4. Training Evaluation & Improvement
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.
Track training attendance, certification results, and on-the-job performance to identify gaps and improvement areas.
Continuously improve programs based on employee feedback and business needs.
5. Reporting & Budget Management
Prepare and manage the L&D budget for training materials, tools, and vendor support.
Provide monthly training reports and dashboards summarizing outcomes, progress, and actionable recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in L&D, preferably in F&B or retail environment.
Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English.
Able to travel abroad for initial training and potential site visits.
