Job Description
Operations
· Direct communicate with Customers/Products to receive inquiries for transport, customs & warehouse
· Direct communicate with relevant parties for requested information to prepare documentation for transport, customs & warehouse inquiries
· Transfer sufficient required information and documentation to customs clearance vendors for preparing CDS and customs process.
· Follow up clearance process with customs clearance vendors
· Update clearance process and notice issues, trouble to client and manager in timely manner.
· Make daily, weekly and monthly reports as per request
· Do debit note, invoices and prepare back up document for invoicing
· Send invoices and shipments documents to request payment from customers
· Record data and files in DSV’s system
· Inform manager on any discrepancy, un-safety issues in timely manner
· Order pick-up truck, delivery truck follow instructions from direct report/managers
· Follow up delivery, receive of goods
· Keep original and copy of signed POD for each delivery/receiving of goods for back up data
· Strictly follow safety policies and client’s requirements and regulations
· Handle any additional tasks assigned from time to time.
· Proper safety training, recording of incidents and ongoing improvement of processes and arrangements to minimize any harm to own and subcontracted employees.
Subcontractor Management
· Ensure that the KPIs are being achieved by the subcontractors
· Work with suppliers to improve their service if KPIs are not being met
Sales Support
· Support other functions in selling Customs Services by providing expert know-how in sales and tender processes.

Job Requirement
· 1 - 2 years experiences in related field, have knowledge of relevant customs, foreign trade and respective fiscal- & tax regulations
· Functional know-how in air / ocean / logistics including overall understanding of business processes and independencies.
· Understanding of Company strategy and products.
· Fluent in English
· MS Office skills
· Profound knowledge of customs software
· Knowledge of Export/Import customs clearance process
· Knowledge of Qualify testing and HS Code assessment
· Knowledge of Pre-carriage / on-carriage transport process
· Problem solving
· Knowledge of Financial systems
