- Work Location: Distric 01, HCMC
<Job Responsibilities>
- Quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings, and cross-check the tender quantities.
- Preparation of BOQ in both English & Vietnamese.
- Tender Preparation.
- Evaluation quotations and estimates.
- Keep abreast with the market material price.
- General correspondence.
- Searching subcontractors and suppliers
- Supervise site works to ensure the related construction works meet requirement in terms of specifications and quality
- Plan the related construction works and reports on progress
- Prepare and maintain related project documentation
- Be required to be a representative of the firm in meetings with clients, authorities and sub-contractors. As such, a sound understanding of Vietnamese Building Standards is also essential
- Performs other related duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education: University Degree in Civil Engineering or estimation
- Language: English - Intermediate Level
- Experience: At least 03 years of experience in estimator work of Interior and at site.
- Have knowledge about interior materials
- Intermediate skilled in AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Experience in interior design company
- Experience working with Japanese people
- Able to respond flexibly
