Job purpose

There are 5 main focus areas for the role

1. With 2D-3D Mgr implement and maintain seamless integration with HSV Dev Team.

2. With 2D-3D DC Mgr. Create and documentation complete visual implementation of HSDC TPP, Render Last, Design Line, Modeling / all VR Scan type…..Best Practices.

3. Continuously learn and improve knowledge of new 3D Software (RHINO, BLENDER) and Footwear manufacture.

4. Adherence to calendar deadlines and time management.

5. Understanding of physical footwear products making process from cutting to assembly process.

Duties & responsibilities

1. Ability to Create Relax last, 3D silhouette and 3D upper modeling depends on process.

2. Contribute 3D modeling to Projects in conjunction with the team or individual environment.

3. Work well, fast and good quality.

4. Liaise with subject matter experts (SME) to obtain information about process and function.

5. Maintain departmental modeling standards and equipment.

6. Maintain Library and archive models for the Dept. This includes working with files from others.

7. Provide weekly progress report updates for assigned Projects and deadlines.

8. Study physical product creation process, Cutting/ Stitching/ Assembly and Material properties & descripes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.      Minimum 1 year Hands On 2D & 3D software experience.

2.      Minimum 1 year Factory based technical shoemaking background in Footwear.

3.      Demonstrate passion and knowledge of multi industry Digital Creation systems.

4.      FW Design or Industrial Design degree / equivalency.

5.      Excellent Communication and organizational skills.

6.      Knowledge of HSV / Brand Development communication channels a distinct benefit.

7.      English proficiency a must.

8.      With minimal source material available.  The 3D Modeling will be required to create 3D Files from Scan or Convert 2D Sketch from a Tech Pack / Shell Pattern and create 3D Rhino files. Ingenuity must be used to determine how to gather the necessary information in order to complete the assignment.
