The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing offline marketing activities to strengthen brand presence and generate leads. This role bridges Marketing, Sales, and Center Operations, ensuring consistent brand visibility through activation, partnerships, and visual merchandising.
2. Responsibilities
Activation
Plan and execute in-center activations and external events (malls, residential areas, schools, supermarkets, etc.) to generate traffic and leads.
Coordinate event logistics: booth setup, staffing, brand materials, and reporting.
Track KPIs for each activation (footfall, leads to apps, conversion).
Partnerships
Identify and approach potential partners (schools, kids-related businesses, communities).
