1. Recruitment (Full Cycle)
o Receive recruitment requests, post job openings, and screen resumes.
o Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and prepare job offers.
o Develop Recruitment fanpage with news and contents writing.
2. Training & Onboarding
o Organize onboarding training, labor safety, and ISO training sessions.
o Monitor and assess training effectiveness.
3. Foreign Employees Management
o Apply Foreigner permits: Work Permits, TRC, Visa, … and other legal procedures.
o Support foreign experts with employment-related issues.
4. Development
o Develop company records: company regulations, democratic agreement, salary scale, policies…
o Develop HR processes and document templates.
5. Internal Events & Communication
o Organize internal events, Year-End Party, and company programs.
o Implement internal communication initiatives to maintain corporate culture.
6. Comply with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015
o Implement and maintain standards within the company.
o Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with requirements.
o Prepare, update related documents
7. Laws update
o Update and follow the Law system and monitor the obey of employees
o Review and suggest idea to develop company and comply with laws
8. Document control
o Prepare Monthly report, Quarterly report & bi-annually report of HR Department
o Drafting, archiving internal notices and decisions
9. Other HR Tasks
o Propose ideas and personal opinions to contribute to the development of the department and the professionalization of the company culture.
o Other tasks assigned by the HR Manager
· Bachelor’s degree in Laws, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· At least 3 years of experience as related duty.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva.
· English fluency in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Careful, caring, and flexible.
