1. Transportation arrangements
- Arrange daily transportation for BOM, office staff, production support staff, and business trips
- Arrange transportation for visitors, clients
- Arrange other transportation requests when needed
2. Clerical activities
- Keep company seal and apply stamp for all contracts, agreements, purchase orders, customs and tax documents, proforma invoices, offer letters, payroll and insurance documents, financial reports, and other documents from all related departments
- Send, receive, and deliver mails from/to all departments
- Receive external phone calls and transfer to responsible person
3. Contracts and payments
- Follow up contracts with all transportation suppliers to renew/amend when necessary
- Follow up company car’s insurance, registration, maintenance schedule
- Arrange monthly payments (car rental, taxi, BOD mobile plan, company landlines, postal…)
- Arrange weekly payments for company drivers (petrol, toll, parking fee)
4. Others
- Monthly transportation reports
- Other tasks assigned by Admin Manager
