Perform daily administrative tasks for Store’s smooth HR operations in term of C&B, recruitment, training, HR management & Reports, system & digitalization, discipline, employee relation and performance management, Rules and Regulations

C&B (55%): 1.1: Payroll Management - Process, fix shiftplan error and check attendance data to summarize Roster of Fulltime and Parttime from SAP system. - Check Annual leave, Day off in lieu, Overtime data of Fulltime and Parttime store - Process Payroll Parttime store. 1.2: PIT & Social insurance - Register PIT code and PIT dependant for employees. - Check PIT code for all employees. - Process claims for social insurance benefits of employees. - Complete the transfering procedure of SI Book for resigned staffs and HI cards for new staffs 1.3: Labor Contract - Make and check labor contract for new staff - Make annex to labor contract, contract renewal, termination decision - Ensure labor contract and annex to labour contract are given to employees on time. 1.4: Employee's profile management - Set up records and update personnel file for new employees. - Manage profile of employees
Employee Relation & Performance (15%): - Proceed discipline process - Support to organize Briefing Session on Performance Management Process in preparation for 03 phases: setting Goals, mid-year review, year-end review - Provide ongoing support and explanation to employees on Performance Management process and follow-up to ensure effective and timely implementation of the process. - Timely identify issues and propose remedies to ensure whole process is implemented properly and efficiently. - Support all gather performance evaluation document & analyses its result - Monthly report the changes of staff list and send to Trade Union - Weekly report AE checking and blue card status of store and send to C&B HQ - Support to organize Company event (Best Employee, Best Practice, Long Service, HR Day, Healthcheck, AE checking, blue card...) - Support Employee Engagement survey & co-ordinate with other Departments for action plan
HR Management and report (5%): - Ensure General Staff’s attendance and attire. - Check information and provide report when necessary. - Manage all store staff about personal and job information. - Collect new staff’s information and process on the system. - Collect and control staff document and tracking file (onboarding, health checking, AE checking...)
Recruitment activities (5%): Support recruitment process: phone calling, coordinate in interview rounds, interview G1 positions in the interview panel, prepare and proceed onboarding procedures
Training activities (5%): Provide training activities for store relating to: - C&B policy - HR System: Edoc; HR Portal
Rules and Regulations (10%): - Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations - Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
'Other duties (5%): - Support other departments as necessary. - Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HR Division Leader, Deputy Manager, HR Manager, Store Manager

University/College degree.
Open to Fresher with knowledge in HR/CnB
Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays
Preferred skills:
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Good communication and problem-solving skill
Customer focused
Self-disciplined with ability to work independently
Good command of English (verbal and written) is a plus
Have ability to relocate to other Stores as per Company’s assignment is a plus
