Area Pharmacy Manager (Retail CVS or Pharmacy Store Chain)

Key Responsibilities

• Organizational Management: Develop and implement the organizational structure, job descriptions, and operating budgets for the area, with regular reviews to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Human Resource Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and develop store managers and staff; set, monitor KPIs and assess performance.
• Customer Service Management: Ensure excellent customer service quality across all stores, handle feedback promptly, and implement promotional and customer care programs.
• Merchandise, Image & Cost Control: Manage inventory, store image, and compliance with standards; control costs and optimize area profitability.
• Business Development: Plan and execute new store openings; develop short- and medium-term business plans; set sales targets and propose growth initiatives.
• Store Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of existing stores to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of business goals.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Business Administration or related; 
• At least 2 years experience at the same position in large-scale Retail chains (CVS); 
• Proven track record of leading, motivating, and inspiring teams to achieve KPIs and sales targets; 
• Strong management skill; 
• Good at communication skills; 
• Good at training and motivation;
• Able to work in alignment with the company’s core values.
