Scope of work:

This position is responsible for executing the sales and marketing plan for a property or portfolio of properties in a given market, leading the leasing team to effectively drive prospect traffic, maintain the current tenants, and reach the occupancy goal of the property or portfolio of the Company.

Description:

Leasing

• Handle leasing inquiries, conduct tours, diligently pursue the close of each sale, perform follow ups, and complete leasing paperwork with prospective tenants;
• Train and supervise Leasing Executive in each aspect of the leasing process;
• Assist leasing agents (if any) with closing the sale as needed;
• Conduct weekly leasing meetings to track and solve any related problems;
• Create and manage the customer database, portfolio of the property, the contact status, internal procedures; as well as continuously update the market information and trend;
• Create, develop, execute and supervise the strategic plan and action plan for specific property or portfolio to increase the leasing target;

Marketing

• Plan and implement the annual renewal leasing campaign;
• Work closely with Marketing Department to develop and implement annual strategic marketing plans;
• Continually evaluate the marketing plan and budget based on the occupancy result and tenants/staff feedback in order to adjust for new opportunities or when tactics are not effective;

Tenants Relations

• Mediate all day-by-day conflicts;
• Provide recommendations to Head of Leasing, Property Management Group for modification to any area of operations in order to improve the overall experience for tenants and guests;
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with every resident in order to create an exceptional customer service and living experience;

Team Development

• Manage, train, connect and develop the leasing team professionally and effective
• General management
• Ensure all lease files (both hard copies and soft copies) are accurate, complete, and organized;
• Prepare the regular or unexpected reports as requests from the manager;
• Complete other tasks as assigned;

Working conditions

• Working Time: 8:10am - 6:00pm, Mon - Fri;
• Working location: Highgate Head Office (Hai Ba Trung, Dist. 01)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education background: Bachelor/ Master of Business Administration or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in related field: shophouse/ residence leasing 
• Has solid connections with large agencies
• Advanced leadership skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, good negotiation skill
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
• Well-planning, strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
• Ability to effectively present information
• Ability to work under high pressure
