· Collaborate with the Production Planning Department to coordinate on-site production plans and ensure timely execution.
· Oversee and manage the progress of the transfer time cutting plan.
· Maintain effective communication and coordination with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team to ensure balanced production activities.
· Monitor material readiness and progress, and perform other production planning duties as assigned.
· Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., MS Office).
· Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
· Strong ambition, excellent teamwork and leadership skills, and the ability to learn quickly.
· Prior experience in production planning or management is preferred.
