Assistant to the Production Director

-To check production schedule and follow up relevant departments about any risk of delay or failure

-To check reports from production, planning and other departments and work with concern people if any issue.

-To transfer and ensure instruction from Production Director is carried out properly.

-To organize meetings, translate during general discussions between the Production Director and others as needed.

-To update and monitor reports/OKR as requested by the Production Director.

-To respond to any requests involved in production and company operations

-Ensure that the normal daily flows of documents, requests, personnel visits and daily work-related problems are intercepted and organized in a way as to keep interruptions to the Production Director minimum

- Education level: Bachelor's degree

- Foreign language proficiency: Fluent in English

- Computer skills: MS Office, Technology & office skills proficiency

- Related knowledge: Experience in Furniture making is advantage

- Years of experience: 3 years and above

- Personal characteristics: Careful and meticulous; Proactive and agile; Clever communication
