The Role

We are seeking an inspiring Boutique Manager to lead our team and curate unforgettable experiences for our VIP clientele. As a true brand ambassador, you will ensure every detail reflects our values of excellence, discretion, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop the boutique team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP and VVIP clients.
• Oversee boutique operations, visual merchandising, and ensure luxury standards at all times.
• Achieve sales targets, analyze KPIs, and drive business growth.
• Represent the brand during client appointments, private viewings, and exclusive events.
• Ensure meticulous inventory control and operational excellence.
• Uphold brand values and discretion in all interactions.

Mô Tả Công Việc

Chúng tôi tìm kiếm một Boutique Manager đầy cảm hứng, người dẫn dắt đội ngũ và kiến tạo những trải nghiệm đáng nhớ cho khách hàng VIP. Bạn sẽ là đại sứ thương hiệu thực thụ, bảo đảm từng chi tiết đều phản chiếu chuẩn mực hoàn hảo, tính riêng tư và dịch vụ cá nhân hóa mà chúng tôi đề cao.

Nhiệm Vụ Chính

• Dẫn dắt, phát triển đội ngũ boutique để mang đến trải nghiệm khách hàng xuất sắc.
• Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ bền vững với khách hàng VIP/VVIP.
• Quản lý vận hành boutique, trưng bày sản phẩm, đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn luxury.
• Hoàn thành chỉ tiêu doanh số, phân tích chỉ số kinh doanh và thúc đẩy tăng trưởng.
• Đại diện thương hiệu trong các buổi gặp khách, trưng bày riêng, sự kiện độc quyền.
• Đảm bảo kiểm soát tồn kho và vận hành chuẩn mực.
• Thể hiện giá trị thương hiệu và tính bảo mật trong mọi tương tác.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end services.
• Sophisticated appearance and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in Vietnamese; good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and storytelling ability.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Passionate about luxury, craftsmanship, and creating unique client journeys.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and service-driven.

Salary Range | Mức lương: 18.000.000 – 30.000.000 VNĐ/month + Performance Bonus + Exclusive Benefits

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên

• Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý trong lĩnh vực bán lẻ cao cấp, hospitality hoặc dịch vụ xa xỉ.
• Ngoại hình thanh lịch, phong thái chuyên nghiệp.
• Thông thạo tiếng Việt; tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt (biết thêm ngoại ngữ khác là lợi thế).
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, kể chuyện (storytelling) xuất sắc.
• Khả năng lãnh đạo, giải quyết vấn đề, quản lý đội nhóm.
• Đam mê ngành luxury, nghệ thuật chế tác và tạo trải nghiệm độc bản cho khách hàng.
• Tỉ mỉ, kín đáo, tổ chức tốt và đặt khách hàng làm trọng tâm.
