· Manage brand building & development activities for La Vie's products as assginment
· Develop short-term (1-year) plan Marketing for the brand/catergory to achieve the company's business goals. And participate in long-term strategy development
· Lead or support manager to lead external partners to plan and execute ATL & BTL activities to achieve brand/industry goals and objectives
· Check, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities after implementation
· Lead market research and Brand measurement programs with related partners. Regularly check and analyze data about the market, brands, competitors and propose short-term and long-term plans
· Coordinate with Sales Department to periodically survey the market and report
· Supervise the design and production to ensure that product packaging and POSM are made in as agreement, company and brand/catergory standards as well as ensure the production plan
· Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Production, Finance, Internal Audit, QA, Distribution, etc. to develop & deploy MKT products/activities to achieve goals and KPIs suggest.
· Monitor and plan Marketing investment in accordance with regulations, timely and effectively.
· Contribute articles to the company's Monthly Letter. Share newsletters for La Vie members, especially the Hotline room for each project to ensure that information sharing is done accurately and completely.
Other assignments by direct manager depends on business & brand needs
· University Degree
· Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing: managing a brand (preferably in well-known MNC FMCGs) and leading the development & implementation of integrated campaigns
· Demonstrated ability to lead projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
· Capacity to understand & reason with business & brand perspectives
· Experience in managing & launching innovation & renovation projects is a Plus
· Good English communication, interpersonal skills & project management skills
· Computer: MS-Office knowledge
· High ownership & proactive in leading initiatives
