Purpose

Act as the analytical backbone of the transformation program. Translate business needs into actionable insights, ensure data-driven decision-making, and support solution design across Pilot and Roll-out phases.

Core Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Engage stakeholders to capture, validate, and prioritize business needs.
• Process Mapping: Document current vs. future state processes; identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Solution Design Support: Collaborate with product, tech, and ops teams to shape fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Testing & Validation: Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Reporting: Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and insights for SteerCo and workstream leads.

Key Deliverables / OKRs

• Business requirements documented and signed off pre-Pilot.
• Process maps and gap analyses completed for all key workstreams.
• Weekly performance dashboards delivered on time.
• UAT completed with ≥95% test case pass rate.
• Post-Pilot insights and recommendations delivered within 2 weeks of Go-Live.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in Business Analysis or related roles.
• Strong experience in process mapping, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and process tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• FMCG or retail experience is a plus.
